I know, I just started to hear this noise and was looking for a solution to fix my 2013 GS350 issue.

F-Sport or non-F-Sport?

If your GS 350 model is a F-Sport, have you inspected the AVS struts/shocks for leakage and correspondingly a loss of tension?

BC Lexus, Thank you for your post. I have already replaced both back shocks since one was leaking. The noise still happens so I'm going to replace the swaybar bushing next.

@dmstafford - You never acknowledged whether your 2013 GS 350 is a F-Sport or non-F-Sport. Which is it?

Do the moonroof seal first before you throw more parts at it..

I don't think you understand. Rear clunk noise is a very common issue in early model 4GS, and the moon roof seal is to blame in most cases. Many threads about it.

I had to do this on my 2014 base model. It is worth checking out.
