If you live in SOCAL use a broker. They find the lowest price with zero down. Brokers are all over craigslist. I started my search on craigslist and found three brokers. I wanted a 15 GS350 F sport zero down at 33 months. The first quotes came in around $535 a month with 12K miles a year. I then asked for 24mos (My last two leases were MBZ E350 Sports) because I've never leased longer than 27months. The first quote came in at $585. Then I asked 33 months at 15K miles a year. At first brokers reported price would go up around 25 bucks extra a month. I then took the quotes and contacted Keys and other dealerships here in San Diego. Keys came in first with $509 a month for 33 mos at 12k a year. Then San Diego dealership followed suit but they both wanted $546 at sign. I then called Lexus of Escondido (San Diego) and told them I did not want to put anything down (including signing stuff). The internet salesperson talked to the GM and he agreed. I then (last Friday) visited Lexus of Escondido and inspected the Atomic grey (wine interior) F sport and they started the paperwork. I asked for two quotes, 12K and 15k a year. 12K was lowered to $500 a month and 15K was at $535 month. I told them I was going to come back and wanted to think about it. By the time I got into my car and drove a block the came back and offered $525 for 33 months with 15K. MSRP was $57,700 with ML, blind spot, park assist and lit door sills. If anybody in SOCAL needs help just respond. ALso, I asked about the 2016s and the SOCAL brokers reported that lease prices will go up but not much than standard GS350 lease prices (closer to $600 a month). The same day (last Friday) I called Lexus Financial asking about the December specials and the lady told me that she would not know until 08DEC. If there are more specials for the 2015's, now is the time to lease.

Do think as others have said, putting any money down on a lease is not good, other than fees required. But with that said, if you can afford it and the payment is what woks for you and the car is the one you want, perhaps no more than $2,000 should be the most you should put down. Just my opinion.
