It was a solid car. Loved every minute of it. Ultimately I get tired of a car after 3 years, so I cashed it out and started leasing. I have 12 more months on my GX and I'm looking at the GS again.
How many miles does it have? $35K seems high. I had to fight to get $36K as trade-in cash on my 2013 (purchased Feb 2012, with 11K miles) last October.

I just picked up a 2013 with 30k miles last week. It's a RWD model FSport. I will tell you that i just learned it needs front brakes and rotors and it is VERY expensive. The rotors alone cost $300 each. Whoever owned it did NOT take care of the pads hence the replace is needed. Just be aware I'm told these brakes in general don't last very long. Other than that, I love it. The 06 GS300 I sold was heavier feeling in the doors and trunk though I must say. Probably true of most newer cars I'd suspect. Good luck!

Also the proud owner of a CPO 2013 luxury edition. A nice refined car. Paid 32K had 43K miles. My only complaint is top speed is just 145 mph. I get 24 mpg (hwy) running between 75-80 mph with 89 octane. I don't usually use premium gas unless I go on a longer trip. Wish it had heated steering wheel and ML sound.

Do you need to go faster than 143MPH?

The cold weather package is separate. Mine had it, but you can have a luxury without it.

Why would there be a cold weather package on vehicles sold in the south (RWD)?

hmm interesting.. I didnt know there were different versions of the luxury package. My luxury package has everything but I see there is a luxury package without cold weather like you mentioned.

I just recently was looking at 13-14 GS350 f-sport and luxury package. i went with luxury package because it came with same s+ drive mode but had the mark lev sound system which sounds 10x better than the premium pack. f-sport has a better front grill but for money i went with the luxury pack w/ mark lev radio.

Lots of folks have already mentioned this in other threads but there is always the possibility of getting the best of both worlds.
You can buy a luxury version with the all nice cushy factory lux upgrades then simply add the front f-sport top/bottom grilles and f-sport wheel/tire package and a rear spoiler. All the parts i mentioned might total an extra $2-$3k.
