how come the video from japan shows the gs 350 f sport with led headlights but it doesn't look like we will get them in the U.S.?I didn't even see them in the option list on Lexus website when building a 16 f sport.Anyone know if that will change? Can the headlights from the gs f be swapped over easily to a 350 f sport?

I'm a fan of the rims as well. I like aggressive looking rims on sporty cars.
I actually like the GS F rims even more, especially with pained calipers: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...ml#post9215910
Overall, the new look doesn't really bother me all that much, but I just wish the headlights were the bi-LED's (at a minimum!). At least make it an option for buyers.
Lexus is already behind in innovation on the interior (not having CarPlay or Android Auto is a major letdown!). They should have at least been an innovator in a smaller area, such as headlights. For reference, the BMW & Audi Laser headlight technology at CES 2015:
It's already offered in Europe, so I wouldn't be surprised seeing that technology in showroom vehicles within the next year after our regulators approve of it.

I was hoping that eventually Lexus would make the bi-LED's that the GS450h had as an option on the 2013+ models as a standard on the GS. I now see that LED headlights are standard, so I'm very happy in that sense!
I still feel that Lexus should be pushing the boundaries & striving to be an innovative leader in some way in stay competitive with the Germans (and other luxury vehicle manufacturers). Lighting was one small example that I gave.

To GSHLNMTR,
QUOTE: "It's already offered in Europe, so I wouldn't be surprised seeing that technology in showroom vehicles within the next year after our regulators approve of it."
Dont hold your breath. Our regulators are not changing its archaic laws anytime soon. Laser head lights and sequatial tail lights been around for a long time. And we still dont have it. This is NOT lexus fault but has everything to do with American laws dating back when Ford motor company first added head lights to its cars back when people still prefer riding on horse carriages.
To fix these ancient laws you and everyone you know should write or call your states representatives and senators and demand they do something about it. I have already written to my congressman but we need more people to do the same before they take us seriously.
