Default 2015 GS 350 F Sport Lease Deal???

Any new activity on 2015 GS 350 F Sport lease activity and deals?? Particularly what "Adjusted Cap Cost" have been achieved???

Adjusted Cap Cost of $49,008 on a 2015 GS*350 F Sport with MSRP of $58,480? Seems like others have gotten up to and over $12,000 Cap Cost Reduction in the last 45+ days?

How have you done on 2015 GS 350 F Sport leases Adjusted Cap Cost??

Just one 2015 GS 350 F Sport at my dealer that is close to what I would order......

Thanks...TomMartin

$50,763 is the adjusted Cap cost I got on my lease just recently but I don't know if that's good or bad on a $58,500 msrp.

Most Adjusted Cap Cost number do not include other "rolled in" costs. If you want to compare remove your "rolled in" other cost amounts first. I edited above to show my current offer. TomMartin

This is the deal i just signed. There were only 2 Ultra White/ Cabernet awd cars in the Tri-state area so it was a little harder to negotiate when one dealer wouldn't budge on price.

MSRP 58,500

Agreed Value & Gross cap cost: $52,590.44 & $55,263.07 (taxes 1,972.63/ Acq fee 700)

Cap cost reduct: $4,500.00 (Lexus December rebate special)

Adjust cap cost;: $50,763.07

Residual: $33,932.90

Depreciation amount: $16,830.17

Rent charge: $1,494.00

Out of Pocket / money down: $160 towards dmv fees.( Basically gave them $160 and I drove off)

Total of base monthy payments: $18,324.17

36 months / 10k mile per year with monthly payments of $509 with NY sales tax of 8.625% built in already.

5k and 10k maintaince services free

Curious how many dealers have the 2016 GS 350 and F Sport on the show floor with some quantity in stock. My dealer still has quite a few 2015s and just received first 2016 last Saturday. Salman said they should be more present after new years.

My sales rep said Lexus advised them to get rid of 2015s as the factory money will be reduced after 1/1 and they will need to sell on there own with reduced factory support. Not real sure if that is BS or not?

The dealer has not moved past Cap Cost reduction of $4,500 factory dollars and just over 7% MSRP reduction. Guess that is what happens when you have no competitor within about 500 miles.

I like the 2016 GS...it will age the 2015s as it is quite cosmetically revised. I think it is important to get a good cap cost reduction...particularly if you plan on keeping at the end of the lease.

Any thoughts...TomMartin

In San Diego (Escondido) there is six in inventory (2x GS200T, 1 GS350 Lux and 2X GS350 F sports). They have only six 2015 GSs on the lot. When I got mine there were over 50 in the lot. San Diego has six new GS350s (most are sports) and Carlsbad has 10.

A total of 22 in San Diego county Lexus dealerships.
