Yes, I had 10 months left on my 36 month lease. Value of the IS was higher than the buyout, so I used it as a trade and didn't have any negative equity.

Great to have another respected member amongst the sophisticated GS crowd. I honestly believe it suits you and your family much better.

Hope you enjoy it. Great color choice. I see that your new GS is the F-Sport version, was your IS a non F-Sport? After you get some mileage on the GS, I'm curious to know how it feels in comparison to the IS.. the one thing that I loved about the IS was how "nimble" and "light" it felt.. like you could just toss it around so easily. The GS is must more planted on the ground, probably due to the added weight.

P.S. - lol @ bclexus. JDR, when it's time for a vehicle "upgrade" for your kids.. I highly suggest this to match your other vehicle
Thanks for the kind words. The GS is way more refined than the IS. The IS was more raw, but so much fun and a great looker. My IS was not an F Sport.

Oh and about that toy RX - actually tried to buy one a couple months back and they were sold out!

It's amazing how few of them there are here. Today I drove it from Everett down to Portland and didn't see even one other GS!

I couldn't agree more. I've had my '13 GS for almost a month and have seen no more than one or two GS's on the road...I like it.
