Default would 225/60/17 fit with 1.5" drop on AWD?

Hi all

I found a good deal on some new Xi3 in 225/60/17 and was wondering if this would fit on a AWD GS with a 1.5" drop? the total diameter is 27.3" which is 1" over stock.

I would be mounting these on stock ES 350 rims which are 17 x 7 with an offset of -48. I current have 235/45/18 on stock 18 x 8" with an offset of -45.

Youre getting 17 inch wheels for the GS?

Sorry to say but that is going to look all kinds of wrong. This is a big whip.

17"s do actually come in the base car...but i was going to use them for winter tires...get something with a narrower width and taller... today i drove out and the bottom of my car was acting like a mini plow...so i figured if i could raise the car a little by putting on taller tires it might help (i've done this before on non-lowered cars and it's give the car a nice little 1" lift...
