What does everyone think?

Not a good deal in my opinion, here is re-post of my recent deal.

Here are the numbers I worked on a 2015 AWD GS350 F Sport about 3 weeks ago, keep in mind I'm in NY.

Ultra White/ Cabernet

MSRP $58,505

Agreed Value: $52,590.44

Gross cap cost: $55,263.07 (taxes 1,972.63/ Acq fee 700)

Cap cost reduct: $4,500.00 (Lexus December rebate special).

Adjust cap cost;: $50,763.07

Residual: $33,932.90

Depreciation amount: $16,830.17

Rent charge: $1,494.00 ( MF .000489977 )

Out of Pocket / money down: $160 towards dmv fees.( Basically gave them $160 and I drove off)

Total of base monthy payments: $18,324.17

36 months / 10k mile per year with monthly payments of $509 with NY sales tax of 8.625% built in already.

1st month of lease credited by Lexus

5k and 10k maintaince services free

*EDIT* For 55k awd non f sports i was quoted by several dealerships 470-485 for 36/10k lease with zero o.o.p.

Can you give me a contact? I would rather pay $1200 to ship the car at those numbers.

Current deals on the GS (on Lexus.com) has payments near $400/month. Obviously they want money down, but still. $566 is way too high for 2015 models.

Can anyone recommend a dealership or agent as close as possible to west coast?

I can tell you that I have found it to be very difficult to get a great deal on a Lexus in WA state, though it varies by location and time of year. You'll read about a lot of deals on here that the 4 Washington dealers just don't match, so in the end, I say just go with what you are comfortable with.

For reference, I just bought my GS a few weeks ago. I was able to get the $5k cash incentive offered on the '15 close out models. Is that still available? That, combined with other negotiations and offers, got my total price down from $60,290 to right around $51k.

Good luck!

True. Its a little smaller so not direct in terms of size, but I didnt really need the extra backroom space.

But in terms if MSRP nearly same pricing so from a value standpoint not even close.

Two great brokers who been helping buyers for a long time:

Mark 1-312-523-1402 (West Hollywood, CA)
Greg 1-818-823-8132 (Glendale)

Both work directly with Lexus/Toyota Financial. Greg was the more motivated broker to get me the best Lexus GS350 Fsport deal (33 months at 15K miles a year with zero down and zero at signing for $535 a month with a MSRP of $58K or the most expensive Fsport on the lot). Currently, Keys has 19 on the lot: http://www.keyeslexus.com/inventory/...ount=10&page=2

Mark is working on getting best deal for a new MBZ GLC300 for my friend's wife. So far he has beaten Keys MBZ by 30 dollars a month but said he is trying to get it even lower and wait until next month.

Give them a try or send me a message and I can help you get a great deal.

Unless the money factor is worst than what I had....what you're getting sounds high

Isn't 3 mo's less and 3k miles/year more worth something?

I don't lease, but have been following threads like this to get a better understanding of the process.

This dealership does not play games and they are a very high volume Lexus dealer.
We got a new 2015 GS350 RWD for 21% below MSRP with a great rate thru Lexus Financial.

It might be worthwhile to fly down one way and have them pick you up at the airport.
Important: Negotiate online and by phone first.

How do these guys get paid? Seems like, when dealing with car dealers, you want to cut out as many middle-men as possible....
