Default RE: Thoughts on GS 350 Lease Deal

Hi Everyone:

New to the forum. Thanks in advance to everyone for your time.

Wanted your opinion on a pending lease deal. Wont bore you with all the details, but here it is:

1. 2015 GS 350 AWD with F Package and Nav (slate grey with red interior)
2. MSRP with destination of $56,490
3. Cap cost of $49,650
4. Three year lease with 10K miles a year
5. I live in the Chicago area

Really enjoyed the car (looked at A6, E350, and Jag XF 2.0 as well)

Dealer offering $640 a month including tax with no money down AND including my negative equity trade (approx. 1500). I have excellent credit so Tier 1+ for financing.

What do you think? Does this seem like a solid value? Need to make a decision by this Monday (the Lexus incentives under the current season to remember ends on Jan 4).

Thanks again!

You can do a lot better. A lot of people here pay 500-550 with zero down. 12k a year for 3 year. F sport model with a few option.

Thanks Brolic. Trying to get some sense of perspective on this given my lack of any direct comparisons. May I ask what part of the country you are located?

Ultra white/Cabernet 2015 AWD gs 350 f sport

Cap cost reduct: $4,500.00 (Lexus December rebate special)

Adjust cap cost;: $50,763.07

Depreciation amount: $16,830.17

36 months / 10k mile per year with monthly payments of $509 with NY sales tax of 8.625% built in already.

This is the deal I got 2 weeks ago. Your salesman need to be slapped in the face for that outrageous offer. He's trying to make 2016 a happy new year for himself.

I agree on 2015s there are much better deals out there. In San Diego I got my 2015 Fsport with a $58k MSRP at $535 a month with 15k a year for 33 mos. nothing down and nothing at signing but I had to shop around and work the deal with brokers and dealers.

I just leased a GS 350 F Sport on Thursday for $528 (tax included) no money down for 36 months, 12k miles/year. MSRP was $56,430. Sale price was $48,193. You definitely should be able to get a better deal.

Yea I got the same numbers as DVADER from the same dealer. you really only have Monday to get the deal done.
I would tell the dealer straight out this is what you want and give him the numbers adjusted accordingly.
consider about 10-11% off MSRP + incentives 4500 + 1st month credit for december to remember.

If all else use the same numbers that DVADER and I got and find a dealer with a car with similar MSRP.

Thanks everyone for all the input. Very much appreciated! I'll give the sales manager a call on Monday. If they dont budge I will go to another dealer and try to get this done near the price points everyone suggested.

Should be able to do a lot better like others have stated. Good luck and post pics if you happen to get it tomorrow.

What is "Nitro Fill $499"?

I would just subtract that. If it's what I think it is, it's a complete waste of money.

In short, Nitro Fill $499 is a joke, at best. Actually, it is a scam.

What he said, lol. I will have them to remove it when I get to finance office, they have before--if I make it that far.

I had nitrogen in my honda tires. It's free from the dealership, refills and all. Reason they use it is because the auto companies use cheap tpms setups and the nitrogen doesn't fluctuate as much in terms of pressure. DO NOT PAY A PENNY FOR IT!
