NAV screen locks up?
I have had my '15 GS 350 for just over a month and twice now when I'm switching from the NAV screen to the radio screen the whole screen locks up. Everything gets locked up and the mouse becomes inoperable. The only way to get it back working is to shut the car off and restart. Has anyone else had this happen?

That's annoying. I had a problem with the infotainment system, and my service advisor told me to press the MENU button 10 times which makes the system take a "screenshot" of what's going on and they can download it later. I had a problem with switching from iPod to Nav. They took the data and told me that my iPod is too old and not compatible anymore and wait for car updates that may address it.
For future freezing, you can reset the system by press and holding the volume **** for a few seconds (until you see it reset).

Its an issue with these new nav units. My 15 LS was delivered with this issue, and recently my business partner's 15 GS had this issue. The SD card needs to be replaced.
When my LS had the issue they replaced the whole nav unit reusing the same SD card...issue persisted so they replaced the SD card and viola. When the GS was in they knew exactly what it was.

It will get progressively worse until the whole thing just doesn't function

I had frequent issues like this with the nav on my '14 IS, but it got better with each firmware revision (I'd always ask for a firmware update when bringing it in for service).
I've only had my GS for a few weeks, but so far, no problems.
