I intend to post technical questions I have with respect to the 2016 GS 350 in this thread. My first question is below.
1-Can you this able the traction control system and antilock brake system so you can drive the car and see how it really handles without those aids? I press the button which I believe send traction control off. However after I drove a short distance I believe it turned itself back on. If that's the case it sounds like the traction control is more of a launch control type feature. If this is correct could I remove the fuses for the traction control without making the dashboard look like a Christmas tree?
2-How long will the current 2016 chassis remain in production before does replaced?

At least on the 2013's you need to hold down the traction control cancel button for something like 15-30 seconds while stopped for it to be truly defeated. The antilock brakes still work in this mode.
If I remember correctly, you'll see the flashing traction MIL go solid once its truly defeated. But it's been awhile since I've had a need to do this.
This mode does cancel the brake-based LSD emulation in the rear which is why I don't use it. Using sport+ mode gives you a decent amount of slip while retaining the LSD emulation.

On a 2016 GS 350 how does the Lane control steering assist function? Does it use cameras? Will it work on all different kinds of roads? Will it actually without input from driver to stay in lane?

If you look thru ur windshield where you rear view mirror is from the front of the car , there is a radar camera there and thats what controls it and it pretty much scans the road in front of u.
