Different driving modes

Is there to keep the car on an particular mode all the time?

I prefer driving on Sport mode but everytime I restart the car; it defaults to normal mode.

If you turn off the car in ECO, the car will start in ECO. For all other modes, include Sport S and Sport S+, the car will start in NORMAL. There is no way to change this. This article explains why:
