Don't do that. It's tight, but completely manageable without removing the headlight assembly.

Hey -My passenger side headlamp lights up for a second and goes out, is it
my ballast or the bulb?

Swap the passenger and driver bulbs, then you'll know the answer.

I'd bet 80% it's the bulb and just get them changed.

You have to remove the ballast to get the bulb out, you just turn it with your hands and it comes off.
If your hands are not medium sized your going to have a lot of trouble getting the bulb out I forget exactly, but I think the driver side was the tighter spacer to work on. I upgraded to the triple beam led headlights so I don't have to deal with changing the bulbs ever again.

Good morning,

I would like to know what light bulbs do you have in your car. I am getting ready to replace mine. I will also change the fog lights to match. Thanks in advance. have a great day. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.

This pic is the headlights and fog lights I purchased 2 years ago from Amazon and still going strong with no issues. HID's are now an old technology to which most of them are pretty good and long lasting. Don't waste your money on the OE bulb's when you can get all headlights and fogs for the price of one name brand bulb. If one goes bad after a few months for whatever reason, just send it back to Amazon and have them replace it for free. The Headlights and Fogs are 6k by the way.
