Default Stupid Quesion time...

Last Saturday we purchased a 2013 GS 350. On the drive home (after dark) we noticed that the headlights "tracked" with the curves in the road. I decided it was probably the coolest thing EVER. Enter the work week (sigh)...I go to work in the daylight and come home before its dark. Last night while driving home after dark, I noticed that the AFS feature seemed to be missing. I dragged out the Owner's Encyclopedia and searched, I found the Adaptive Front-lighting System, found the picture/description referencing said feature but that switch is NOT where the Encyclopedia says it should be. Can anyone help me out with this?

AFS is only available on models with the Luxury package. F-Sport and Base GS models do not have AFS.

My Range Rover Sport had adaptive headlights but their operation was speed dependent.

Maybe that is the case with the GS?

Red face Stupid Question time...

Eureka!!! Based on a reply from faifai83 to the post "Outrage" I found the switch for AFS. And YES, you need to be upside-down in the driver's seat WITH a flashlight. (I am too old for this kind of thing... )

This is good to know! I really do love the adaptive lights... so awesome, and definitely makes nighttime driving a little safer. Although I hope they never break because they are expensive as ****!!!
