Hi, i just bought the invidia axle back and it's almost quiet like the original muffler. Do you have any in cabin drive video with your system?

 

I don't have one driving, but will try to take video today.

 

Im thinking about getting the axel back system. So is it not worth getting? Is it really that quite that it's compared to stock? Could you post up a driving clip? How's the drone inside at highway speeds?

 

Im sorry i havent have time to record. I Will do it when i can. You can hear a little different but it's almost like the oem muffler. You get a Nice growl at 3500-5000 rpm. No cabin drone at High speed. I think im going to cut My resonator. I want a little louder but not too loud. Compare invidia axleback with a Lexus IS 250 with m2 axleback, the M2 is louder and deeper sound. I have tried to drive with no muffler before i order invidia and it's a good sound but to much drone in cabin.

any more updates on this? Im deciding to cut My invidia muffler or doing straight pipe on My midpipe? I just want to know how loud/bad the sound is with the resonator delete?

 

Anyone near San Diego interested in a modified mid pipe? Would be willing to trade for stock. Wanting to sale vehicle soon and would like to swap it out.

How do theses cars sound wth just a resonator delete?

 

I had the Invidia Exhaust prior to resonator delete, so I could say. All I know is the combination of both make a great sound. I need to sale my car so trying to get stock midpipe. Anyone interested let me know. Free swap and we can split install cost. Should be minimal.

 

Hey Bossles, after removing the resonators, did your GS become significantly louder when compared to installing Invidia mufflers only or is it just another step louder?

 

Yes, it was a step louder. The part that I was most happy with is a deeper "growl"...especially when aggressive acceleration. Driving under normal conditions does increase cabin noise a tad.

if you want to trade stock for my modified one we can. You are more than welcome to test out the sound in my car for your comfort....if you are near San Diego area.

I may be interested in complete swap with Invidia Exhaust as well for a $$$$.
