Low beams on with wipers?

Low beams on with wipers?
Is there a way to have the low beams turn on when the automatic wipers are turned on? It is a requirement in some states to do this, and would be nice if the car would do it automatically. Maybe a setting or a dealer change?

The GS has no such option for this.

Lexus has never offered this feature, not sure why. Many other cars do, and my dads Cadillac did 20 years ago.
