Trunk Lip
Hello,
I just purchased the rear lip for my car and I was wondering how did everyone else put the lip on their car. Meaning, did you drink holes into your car to fasten the lip more, or did you use some kid of double sided tape? And if so, what brand and how long has it lasted on your car without any issues.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Did mine last year - cut off the bolts on a non-f sport OEM spoiler and used the supplied double side tape. Have had no problems after a year in snow/sleet/rain/windy conditions.
Some helpful threads.

I did mine and drilled into the trunk using the spoiler install template I purchased from the Lexus dealer. It was easy and would recommend drilling and using the double sided tape that comes on the spoiler. I know for sure my spoiler isn't going anywhere. Many suggested just 3M tape and they have had good success that way as well but I wanted peace of mind knowing it's not going anywhere.
