26k miles in 4 months? That kind of mileage alone will have a big impact. Dealers will never give you top dollar on a trade but for that kind of mileage it seems reasonable.
Luxury cars don't hold as much initial value because they were highler profit margin in the first place. The GS hasn't been a huge seller which is further pressuring sales.
I probably didn't get the best deal on my used one but I am sure glad I got it instead of an ES.

Well I just threw it up on Lease Trader for $550 a month with a cash incentive of $2,500-$4000 depending how long it will take to "sell". Maybe someone will bite. I should have stuck with German car but thought Lexus holds value really well which is why I got the car. It is just ask bad as Mercedes/BMW/Audi.

Hmmm.
2015 F-Sport, I figure typical AWD F-Sport equipment... Navi, Blind Spot, Park Assist, no ML, right?
10K Miles? Looks like it's black/black, and I assume you have the stock parts, right?
$39-40K to a dealer is about right; it's where I would be on the car. Figure non-L/Cert it retails around $43K, L/Cert probably $45K.

As soon as you drove it off the lot, you were in the hole. This is true for any new car. Also, I thought one of the benefits to leasing was you didn't have to worry about things like this. You really can't blame Lexus' depreciation for this.

I feel the GS doesn't hold its value as well as other Lexus vehicles. Back in Nov 2015 (4 months after I bought it) I went to trade my 13 GS350 for an F sport and was offered 29k for my loaded premium version GS with 26k miles. I was shocked that my car dropped 6k in value in 4 months. Had bought it for 35k plus TTL.
Figure if a car retails, as in transaction price retail, for $35,000.... On a GS my typical margin is in the low 2000s, net.
$29,000
$750 CPO Inspection (If it needs basically NOTHING, this is usually $2Kish)
1395 CPO fee
$300 misc cosmetic work
$250 detail
Usually I would own a car like that in the mid-upper 32s and sell it for 35K.

That's the difference between retail and wholesale.
