Popping sound from exhaust
Ever since installing my Joe Z axle back exhaust.....I get a popping sound when coming to a stop, especially if decelerating harder. I know this type of thing happens to bikes when you don't get them tuned after but I haven't read anything about Tuning the Lex. Is this normal? Are other guys with the aftermarket exhaust and intake having this same sound at times?

Yeah I get it from time to time and I have a mid pipe only.

I thought the pops were one of the reasons many of us get aftermarket exhaust systems?

I have the full invidia axle back and I get this a lot as well.

Same here. I also occasionally get a pop you can actually feel when the car shifts from 1 to 2 at WOT. Great to know I'm normal.

Perfectly normal. I have the Joe Z catback, mine only pops on downshifts. Does not happen too often though.

mine pops all the time. headers and full exhaust.
