does your 500/mo included tax? Bc with my calculation they must sell the car under 45000 to get you that price, unless your car is demo or you have equity left on your trade in. If imwrong can you pm me your dealer info& contact. I am looking for a GS similar to yours. Thanks

so your selling price would be around 45500? That is a good price!

Those are amazing deals to me
I can't get any number close to what your guys posted in this thread, because here is Canada.
Just went to a dealer this morning the lowest price for 40 months lease is almost 740 usd. F sports package and ML.

I purchased my first 2016 GS 350 F Sport about two weeks ago in Dallas. Although it was considered "new" it has 5K miles on it as it was driven the manager. My negotiated price ended up being $41,500, excluding TT&L. This included $2K extra off since I was trading in a car affected by the Takata airbar recall, 2008 IS 250.
The closest deal I found to this was at JM Lexus in Florida and they were willing to do $43,995; however, I didn't want to hassle going to FL so I took one with a little more miles.

I have an '07 which has been a wonderful car (about to turn 80k miles). When I take it in I"m always asked if I'd be interested in a new one, and have always replied if they bring out Smoky Granite Mica again (my current color) I'd be interested. It's the only color I would consider. I recently read the color is back for '17. It appears car shopping is in my future, probably at the end of the year when the 18's come out.
