Park Place and Sewell seem really keen on keeping their lots full. 1250 per month for a GSF. Got offered this "deal" from Park Place today for a loaded F Sport, what a joke. MF is .00090 which is decent.

MSRP is $61,085 I can sell it for $55,610 There is a $4,200 Lease Rebate that I’m using.

36 Months @ 12K miles per year, $955.26 due at signing; payment is $703.92

Another joke I told the sales guy then I would rather wait for the 17s if I have to pay this much and guess what he said the Msrp is gonna be more than 60k on the 17s and you'll not get it under 55k , which is I think a fact cas someone mentioned over here the prices are going up on it.

Yeah, I get it though. They have to move product, so they try to hype you into paying top dollar today instead of waiting for a discount tomorrow. I make it clear to them I'm in no rush and set a date a few months in the future for the day I'll need to decide. That relaxes them because they can go back to their lead sheet and put me at the bottom of the stack.

You were offered $9K off MSRP for a 2017?!

I was offered $1K off MSRP for a 2017...they did offer to sell a 2016 (MSRP $58900) for $47800 after rebates.

I was referring to the pricing for 2017 models. They're not increasing the 2017 prices by several thousands, as someone tried to scare us earlier.

The online build tool is way off from actual MSRP of cars listed at dealers.

Anyone have any new feelers to check out or is it pretty much a waiting game until the December event? My lease is up in February but I have a 3 month payment voucher they offered if I re-purchase/lease with Lexus I want to use if some of the 16's start coming down.
