I purchased a L-Certified car that had the bumper drilled by the previous owner. After unscrewing the plate holder I found not only 2 holes but 2 additional wear points where the plate screws wore through the paint and a little extra where the ate holder rubbed through the clear coat. I got a quote for $130 for a fill and skim of all the impressions and I'm planning on doing a vynal wrap afterwards. Thoughts on pricing?
