Default No radio, audio inputs for nav

Sorry if this has been covered, I tried searching for it but it won't search for "no". I have a 2013 GS 350, non ML. I was driving down the road and hit a small pothole and the radio quit as I hit it. No audio at at all. Volume control does nothing (don't see the volume increase or decreasing). Radio powers on just fine, I can switch stations, change to bluetooth. HVAC and NAV minus the voice control works fine. Pressing the speak button on the steering wheel does nothing. I checked the two radio fuses in passenger footwell and they are fine. I go out of town for work on Mon so won't make it to the dealer for another week. Wife uses the car when I'm gone and she uses the nav but without the voice input, she can't enter an address. Thought I would ask here of a connection to check figuring maybe some connection has been known to come loose.

Thanks in advance.

I honestly don't know where to start with this one. Sounds like a connection though so check the amp in the trunk as a start I guess? This is probably pull the radio until out and check the back. It's relatively easy as some have done it on here.

I just got my car back from the shop and have the same exact issue. Did you find a fix for this? Thanks for the help!

FYI: pulling the radio to check connections is easy.
Cover the console with a towel or cloth to protect.
Pull the trim from the bottom and unplug the ignition switch.
2x 10mm bolts on the bottom of the radio, pop it out.
