Default Shopping to lease GS350 F-Sport

Hey guys,

Trying to find a good lease deal on GS350 F-sport ( loaded ) . Lease deals are spread all over different threads here but I was hoping to start here. Any of you recently got great deal out there for 2016? Especially in Cali? I know its not December but I believe there is great deal out there somewhere ) Please let us know with details.

This is my most recent encounter:

27 months lease
15,000 miles /yr
0 drive off
Your payment is $779 /mo (tax and fees included)

Monthly payment is too high. Couple years back it was possible to get 24m / 12k a year / 0 drive off / $540 a month, but apparently those days are gone now?!

Yup, when i had my '13 f sport that was about what I was paying ($540). I'm paying more now for my loaded 16 -_-

The lease deals for the GS350 are terrible right now. The money factor right now equates to 2.88% and the residual is 56%. The problem is also the dealer cash isn't that great right now. I called the dealer I bought my last Lexus from and he basically refused to lease a GS for me because the payment was so high. He is hoping when Lexus has their semi-annual lease event that there will be more incentives (dealer cash, money factor, loyalty cash, etc.) that will bring the payment down. I may have to wait until December if the deals stay the same or lease something else if I can't wait. When people were getting crazy lease deals last December they were getting discounts over $10k on the car. It changes by month and this month sucks just like last month.

Money factor is to high now and the residual is not so great.
Give it few months banks will realize they need to lower the money factor to move cars off the lots.
