I would have and I'm good friends with the service director too but he wasn't there today, none of the guys I know were there. I think the good guys don't work on Saturdays.

That totally sucks...
I had a simular thing happen to me the second day of had my car, the rear wheel arch was hit by a large car or truck which left a crease and F'ed uplease the paint. Now I need to choose to either pay $500 because the insurance company sees it as a non driver involved car accident or deal with it...
I hate that people don't own their actions and leave notes

I had a guy pull up next to us literally 5 min after we signed the papers on the GS and whap the side of our car with his truck door as his fat *** waddled out of his seat. I was sitting in the back seat with my wife and the salesman in front and came out of there faster than crap through a goose. After I realized the entire showroom could hear me and every f bomb I was dropping from the parking lot and that I couldn't see any damage (saw later he luckily hit the door handle instead of the door skin) I finally shut up and got back in the car. The salesman was scared to turn around but politely asked if everything was ok and if there was any damage they would fix it. I was cool by that point and told him to continue with checking us out on the car. lol. I still get pissed off just thinking about that inconsiderate fool... lol....
