Default Audio Presets

2013 GS350. CPO. (Our 5th Lexus since 2004) How do I clear all the audio presets that the prior owner set up. I have gone through the manual, most of the 797 pages, and still haven't found out how to delete the presets.

Thanks

Default clear stored data.

disconnect the battery cables and hold them together for 3 mins and everything would be clear.

I think your best bet is to just store your stations over the existing presets.

It looks like you are not the only one trying to find a solution:

From a two year old post, "Spoke to my sales person and he said I can reset the entire nav/multi-media system back to factory default by going to Display, Setup, Setup. He said it will set the entire system including the nav back to factory default. Nav, phone pairing, contacts, etc will all be wiped out but not a big deal as I have not setup the nav. I have not had a chance to try it. Will do after work today."
