Default Max thickness for Wheel Spacers?

Not gonna be getting any rims soon so just wanna make it wider cause it doesn't look nice with the rims not flush with the body /:

So what's the max thickness I can get for slip on wheel spacers with the stock/OEM studs? Was planning to get 5mm at the fronts and 8mm at the rear.

Why not just buy wheels with the right offset and width? I would stay away from spacers personally, I just don't find them to be very safe, especially the cheaper ones. Some may argue with that statement but to each his own. Just do some research on spacers and take a look at some of the bad experiences people have had with them.

I wouldn't go with those slip ons... You won't notice a difference. Go with the 15mm front 20mm rear, get the spacers that have the studs on them and also have the hub centric ring for your car as well. I've ran spacers like that before with no issues.

5mm on stock studs is what i'd do for max. i've seen buddies do 7mm but the one friend that did eventually lost a wheel, couple studs and a fender

Yeah I guess I'll give those a go. Just not planning to get any rims in the mean time. Thanks for the suggestion!

CBRA92* is right on the 15-20mm spacers with studs thats pretty much the max point. Also make sure you get a good brand for those as well, its a small investment for safety and peace of mind.

It's quite expensive though to get good brand for these wheel spacers but i guess it's worth it compared to getting rims. Alright thanks a lot

H&R spacers are the brand I would recommend.. Thats the only brand I feel comfortable selling to my customers.

They put it on there ISF and RCFs too, which they drive hard..

It looks great with 15mm spacers though
