Yes, a black car takes a little more care. You should hand wash it and have it professionally detailed every 3 to 4 months. In between washes you can remove the dust using a duster. I use the California Duster.

I had no choice but to get the black color love it but I can see every nick and chip on the front bumper and hood which sucks, I got it ceramic coated hand wash with wax. Take away too much time.
