Remove headlamp washer cap

Has anyone removed their headlamp washer caps? If so whats the process? Do i have to go in from the wheel well? How much a pain is it to do? I need to temporarily remove them to wrap my front bumper.

I only installed them, just clips on... assuming removing is just carefully pulling them up

There is no way to reach covers from inside / behind bumper

Yeah? I was afraid to try pulling it up thinking i would break something. Ill have to give it a try tonight. Thanks!
