Got these in the mail today and installed them right away. They are definitely brighter than OEM bulbs. It's not as white as I was wanting but I know there is a burn in period. From the outside looking toward the headlights, it looks white/blue.
After installing, I adjusted the height of my headlights. Before adjustment, my headlight height was 23 inches above the ground at 25 ft. After adjusting to 40 inches above the ground at 25 feet, it's a different world. The standard height is roughly 40 inches at 25 ft.

Are putting the bulbs in difficult? Are these 5k bulbs more blue than the OEM bulbs? I was driving last night and was wishing that Lexus made our HIDs brighter and a tint more blue like the RCs, random i saw this. Will these match our DRLs?

Its not that hard. It will be harder if you have big hands. For the passenger side, I did it through the engine bay. For the driver side, I did it through the wheel well. The driver side was a bit harder.
Turn the headlight power to off on the stalk
Remove the engine bay covers to replace passenger side
Turn your wheel all the way to the right. There is a small panel with 2 10MM screws in the wheel well. Remove this panel to replace the driver side to replace the driver side. I also had to jack up my car because my car is lowered.
Remove the metal cap by turning it counter click wise
Unplug the power source from the cap
Unplug the harness from the lightbulb by turning it counter clock wise
Remove the clip holding the bulb in place. You are doing this blind so if you don't know what the clip looks like, it may be difficult.
Remove the light bulb carefully. Remember the position of the light bulb when removing it because you will have to insert the new one in the same position

Remove the bulb.
Insert the new bulb and reverse the steps above.
