2013 GS350, non FSport here. Stock height, no mods, etc. Stock 18 inch tires which come with 235/45/18 tires.

Was looking to change the tires, but Michelin PSS in stock size, 235/45/18, only come in SL rating. To go MPSS with the XL rating, have to size up to either 245/40/18 or 245/45/18.

Has anyone gone "up" to 245/40's or 245/45's? Will it rub or fit? I know the ODO will be off by a 1-2mph.

to keep your car as close to stock, you will have to go 245/40/18, going with 245/45 will make your sidewall really taller than necessary and won't look good.
