I'll cleared the cel this morning and it has not come back on so I hope it's ok now.

It's very self explanatory to be honest. Just to be frank, if you can't figure out a pipe and a few clamps then maybe you may want to take it to a shop for install. I say this is a 3/10 on the difficulty chart.

Takeda is definitely louder but HPS is a lot more popular. Also it is more than half the price. :P

do you have the takeda for sale as well? if so PM price please.

is the takeda louder only at WOT or even at lower RPMs? also i noticed both intakes have a chrome option. I'm sure it's only covered with it but does this finish cause additional heat sink?
