Test the blank slots with a multi meter I believe one side is always hot. In case you wanted to know for switched power I tapped the heated steering wheel. I had my dashcam tapped into one of the blank slots before and one time I parked the car for 1.5 weeks and battery was dead, moved to heated steering wheel and never had an issue.

Thanks, I actually want to use one of the slots that is hot at all times. The wiring I am using for my dash cam monitors vehicle voltage and if it gets too low it will turn off the dash cam to prevent the car battery from going dead

Power seats work with the key off, so it's always hot.

so as an update to everyone, I tapped into an empty slot on the passenger side fuse panel. This unused slot stays powered at all times. The power wire I use for my Rexing VP Gen 3 Dash cam keeps the camera on 24/7 unless the battery voltage gets too low, at which point is it turns off the camera power to protect the car
