I just bought some cheap plastic ones from Pepboys or Autozone. Like the tiny semi flat circular ones. Then I bought a bottle of spray paint that matched the color of my car the most and sprayed on a few layers. Easy as that. You don't even need clear coat and I've never had anyone point them out. Hardly notice them

Then a few weeks later my cousin who has the same car as me was pulled over in my area and fined. So I bought a tow hook mount and have had it there since.
Link to where you got your tow hook mount? I had that running through my mind too about the plate on the windshield.. that wouldn't be pretty. I see plenty of people who don't even use suction cups.. they literally stick it there on the dash.. wedged between the dash and the windshield

Yeah... I'm pretty indecisive on what to do since i've never really been forced to put the stupid front plate on.. the weather tech plate holders have some nice color options I guess hmm

i wont ever put front plates on the GS, esp the 2016 models with the refresh, a front plate will never look good. Even one of my friends who's always been scared to ride w/ no plates doesn't have a front place on his RC.

and if worst comes to worst, a cop actually notices you don't have a front plate, its a $25 fix it ticket.

rather pay $25 ever year or so then ride with front plates
Is it really only $25?

You do realize they also have silver plates.

That's a great look. Currently I'm working in Dallas (where i bought the car) but my house and license says Katy....so apparently i'd have to change the address on my license in order to pick up the plates...is that true? =(

lol I'm perfectly fine with that as long as I don't get pulled over for not having a plate in the front.

I believe they send the plates to the county or city where the car is registered. Mine were delivered to the Fort Bend Auto Registration office.

It's true for Dallas County, yes. Try this for fun. On your next drive around town, start counting cars without front plates.. There are thousands if not more.
