I'm 6ft 1 and I'm LS sized but the GS still fits the bill. I'd recommend the GS, it hits the sweet spot.

I never had an issue with the size of the IS for me or for up to four adults. I'm only 5'10", but have very long legs (36" inseam) and still didn't need to put the driver seat all the way back. Where I found the IS to be more of a challenge was with infant car seats. When my second child was born, the IS was just too small for a rear-facing infant seat, so for me, that's what drove the change to the GS.
