Glad those wheels are on the Ghibli, they looked wack on the GS. Some cars just need certain wheels in my eyes.

Its all personal preference. Funny, I think the exact opposite. I saw the vossen video with the GS with CV7 on YouTube and instantly fell in love.

I agree. I actually like the CV7's on the GS and couldn't make up my mind. Ended up with the CV4's.

Nice car and house! I'm not a fan of the CV7s on the Mas. Just doesn't looks right IMO.

Hello, I just picked up a Ghibli as well.
Going to return my GS F SPORT by end of the month.

During the inspection what did they charge you for?
How was the tire tread?
My front tires are not in a good shape.

Congrats on the new car.

Schedule the inspection to be performed ASAP. Then you'll know what needs to be addressed before returning. If your tires are below 5/32", they will have you replace them. I just had the inspection performed at my house, and they told me I had to change the rear tires. I ordered a pair of used tires on eBay (same brands as the fronts, as stated by the inspector) and will have them installed later this week; saved 50%!

Since you won't be getting another Lexus, they will charge you the disposition fee.

Interesting. When Lexus financial called to discuss my end of lease I asked about tire wear. They told me as long as cords aren't showing, it's fine. Then again , they're not the ones doing the final assessment.

Thank you
Im going to schedule the inspection in a week. My front tires are gone but the rear tires are still good.
How come it the opposite for you lol
And brand + tire size and speed rating everything has to be the same?

I'm surprised your fronts need replacing for a RWD car. Haha
The inspector told me matching brands at each corner, correct size, and equivalent speed rating.

Most leases I've had they want 1/8th showing. Seems odd as those would have to be replaced.

Congrats on the Maserati. .

Sorry for the incorrect info...I just looked at the inspection report again and you are right; anything under 4/32" needs to be replaced.

I guess that's the minimum tread depth to safely operate the vehicle and they can still sell the car.

Yeah, because 5/32 is the minimum tread depth to pass inspection, so anything under that = get new tires.
