I just purchased a '13 GS350 a few days ago. This is my first Lexus and first non-American car as well, so far I am in love. I look forward to all the great information on this board.

i couldn't find it here but, my 12v plug inside the armrest doesn't work. Is this something I have to go to dealer for?

if it's under warranty. yes.

If you're out of warranty, just check the fuse for it. This is typically a 1 minute fix.

Congrats! We came from a Cadillac CTS that was fun to drive but miserable to own and service. We had so many problems with the car that the Cadillac area rep actually told my wife "that we must be doing something to the car"! Really? Once those words came out of her mouth I was very vocal about the whole situation and decided to trade it in on our now GS350. We haven't had one problem with our car yet. Our CTS that we had before would of already had close to $10k in warranty work by this time. Our worst car though was a BMW, good god they build some trash!
