If you tend to only keep your cars for a few years, the mileage doesn't matter so much.
19,000 miles worth 2 years for me. Planning to keep the car for 5 years, but I've been saying that many times and ended up changing car every 2 years.

Also, 2013 was a personal vehicle, while 2014 was a lease return. Wonder if it was abused on a lease? The HUD display on 2014 will be HARD to find on F Sport

In my opinion when it's a lease dealer force you to do all of the maintenance but it's different when you own the car. Take the vin number and see the service history it'll be give you a good idea on both vehicles, I recently got a 14 with Hud and dynamic steer.I'm enjoying the HUD for sure can't tell you much about the rear steer.

Good point Dallasguy1, I never thought of that. Is your a luxury model or F Sport with HUD? HUD with color, correct? I like Lexus' HUD more than BMW's, but it seems so rare on Lexus. BMW has HUD even on their 3-series sport line (optional of course, but it's abundant)

I was searching nationwide and could only find a handful with HUD and radar cruise. They must be super rare!

They are because they were probably special custom orders, the wait to have one built from the factory is usually months. New car dealerships usually create option builds that are popular with customers, cheap and can sell fast off their lots.

These cars are still practically brand new at anything below 60k miles really. It largely depends on the condition of the interior and exterior as well as desired color combo preferences if I would mark a car with ~40k miles off my list.

I have the DRS and the car handles like a dream. It's is a desirable feature but it is not a deal breaker, though.

Mine is FSports with color HUD and dynamic rear steer.

I don't really put HUD high on my must-have list since all of my sunglasses that I wear are polarized and they render the HUD pretty much useless during the day.

Which begs the question - where do you keep your sunglasses in your car?

I'm currently looking at 14, 15 CPO and am coming up around $34-37K asking when searching (20k miles or less)

Is the F-Sport worth the price premium?

I did test the DRS and the car does handle a lot smoother and better then the regular GS.

If you want the Sport + option, paddle shifters, 16-way driver's seat, etc, then yes. Personally I prefer the Luxury Package, which doesn't seem to carry much of a premium compared to its original cost. The LP gives you Sport +, 18-way driver's seat, different wood trim, semi-aniline leather, and rear set controls for the HVAC system.

All GS 350s come standard with paddle shifters.

I like F-Sport for its aggressive front look, plus if you want carbinet interior, it is only available on F Sport, correct?
I'm debating on Luxury Package as well. Are you sure it has Sport + option? Extended seat cushion? I do like the rear controls though

The front end alone was worth it for me to get the F Sport. I recognize not everyone feels that way, but the regular and luxury GS front end was too tame for me and reminded me of the ES, whereas I wanted a more aggressive look. I felt the sportier look of the F Sport front end better matched the sportier intentions of the GS.

However, the luxury does have a nicer interior. For me, the rear seat controls didn't matter as I'd rather not have them back there with my small kids, but they would be nice if we frequently had adults back there. The F Sport driver seat has the seat cushion extender, but the luxury package has the extender on both front seats.

Yes, the luxury does have Sport S+ with the adaptive suspension, it's just not as aggressive of a setting as it is in the F Sport, which also comes with other suspension tweaks, including beefier anti-roll bars.
