That's not good to hear. It seems that there is a lot of new 16's still on the lots nationwide. That one optioned out is pushing 70k and starts to make this car unappealing. What makes this car jump 6k over last years model???
Who would pay this much for a GS200t F-sport...this isn't even fully equipped...its way more than a similarly equipped GS350 F-sport. What was Lexus thinking of increasing the price of the GS by so much without really adding anything. This will make the GS even less competitive now.
Somehow Lexus added a $6,000 increase over last years "fully loaded" GS 350 F-Sport RWD...
I didn't look much further, but you can subtract the $1,700 Dynamic Handling option. It's included with the F Sport package. Their website build configuration tool hasn't improved.
So I built a turbo F-Sport... if you add up the options yourself, it comes out to $61,025. The F-Sport pricing option says "see a dealer for pricing". It seems somewhere the builder is adding over $7000 somewhere so I don't think the prices are actually higher. Thankfully lol. It also seems that nav is what is putting the turbo approx $1500 higher, as it is standard on the 350. The price difference between the F-Sport models is only a couple hundred dollars so it creates an opportunity for the turbo to overtake the 350 in price.

Well it was the same thing for MY2016...the GS200t F-sport cost more than the GS350 F-sport. I haven't seen a single GS200t F-sport on the lot or road yet. The F-sport package on the GS200t added over $7000 since many standard items on the GS350 were taken out of the GS200t.
too many 4GS's in miami i feel like, glad they made it more expensive
That's interesting! Here in small town Peoria,Il. I can drive for weeks and never see a 4GS of any kind. That's part of what makes the car appealing to me. ES's & RX's are a dime a dozen around here.
