This is what I ordered:45218-TX4-A00 quantity two (about $15/each)
Be advised, they do NOT clamp on. As a matter of fact, I trimmed the top and bottom flanges off. I used high-temp silicone adhesive to mount them to the caliper housing. I know that sounds a little "cheesy" but it seems to work well.

After a few months of debating, I finally decided to take a day out of my weekend to paint my calipers. Decided on red with the white F Sport logo since it looks best with my Ultra White. I took some pictures from beginning to end. The final result was a deep, rich, and glossy red that pops when looking at the car from a side profile. This took lots of prep, taping, and patience but overall I am extremely happy and satisfied with the results.
Did you use G2 Caliper paint or VHT, Primer, base,clear?
