Default Building a 2017 GS350 F Sport AWD

Anyone have any experience building a GS to order from a dealer? Looking for some advice or tips...
[Trying to build one with HUD, triple beam, ML, cold weather, etc.]

Are dealers will to give some discount, are we eligible for any incentives?
I'm not getting any breaks after talking to one dealer.

What i learned so far...
3 month build time if i ordered now
No orange calipers with the AWD model? strange that Lexus only offers this on the RWD model
No heated/cooling seats for the rear (only lux package non f sport)

Thanks in advance!

I went through the process in March. Although, I didn't actually order anything. The dealer, for whatever reason, ordered the car without telling me.

Ordered in March, with delivery in August...so you're looking at 5 months, not 3. The F-Sport has never had heated/ventilated seats in the back. The AWD has smaller brakes than the RWD, so that may be the reason for no orange calipers, no idea on that one.

As far as incentives, it's hard to say. Are there a lot of dealers close by that you can play off one another? 5 months from now puts you in March, which will be some sort of sales event. Can't remember what it's called in March. Not sure you have to negotiate a price now, but they'll likely want a deposit.

Good luck!

Thanks for all the info. What did you end up getting? I contacted 2 other dealers.. lol they don't seem interested in selling a car this way. its a shame. yea giving the 1000 deposit is a lil risky. no way I'm paying sticker price tho
