I have a 2013 GS 350 F Sport with about 35k miles on it. I have recently taken my car in to the lexus dealership because of a clicking sound when turning left or right. This seams to be a common problem with the rotors/brakes and they were aware of it so they took it in and said they would update to the new rotors and change the brakes. When the car was returned to me they said it was completed so I thought...great, no more clicking! A few days later I noticed the problem still persisted so I brought it back in to the same dealership. They are now telling me there is nothing that can be done about this and that there is no fix at this time. I don't see how there could possibly be no fix for this. It's not like every 2013 GS 350 makes this sound so there is clearly something wrong in which can be fixed.
Does anybody know what could be causing this or if there is a fix? Would another dealership possibly address the issue or would I be once again wasting my time? Any advice is appreciated. I would like to think it doesn't matter but my warranty expires a week from today.
Thanks everyone.

Go to a different dealer in your area, rotors on my car were replaced under some Tsb I don't have the number exactly with the similar sound. I'm sure someone can chime in with the Tsb number.
