Accel Harness for Axpexi

Hello members,

I am thinking of getting the Apexi Smart Throttle but I keep seeing on every website that they recommend using the Accel Harness if you plan on getting the Throttle Controller. Has everyone bought this and what will happen if I don't buy this recommended item?

Getting the harness makes it plug and play instead of trying to hard wire everything. It's also easier to remove if you ever plan to sell the car in the future.
