Default ac blows hot air

so the other day while driving home, it was a little chili outside and i cranked the heater on.. but after a little bit, i turned it back down from 80 to 68 but it was still blowing hot air out..

i tried dial it lower but it was still hot..

has anyone had issues with theirs?

I made an appt for monday to have it looked at.

Is it possible that it was colder than 68, so the car was still trying to warm up the interior?

You sure the "A/C" was on?

I know what OP is talking about, happened to me too before, just set the AC to cold again and turn it off and it'll be fixed.

This happened to my GS few weeks back. My passenger side vents got stuck at 28 C/heat mode, even though I switched temp to LO. Turning the car on and off didn't reset the vents. The dealer in Dubai took nearly 5-6 days to diagnose. They ordered parts (servo assemblies i think) from Japan last week and I have given my car today for repairs.

Will update you by Monday which parts were replaced.
