Default Sport plus suspension with eco or normal gas?

Is there a way to have the sport suspension all the time without just locking it in that position and unhooking the controller? I know I asked several years ago but I am hoping there is an answer now.

Sadly nope since the Lexus doesn't have individual settings, not sure about the 2016+ though. Why not change to Swift Springs?

My wife likes the cushier ride. And sometimes I do on some of the less well maintained roads.

you can try disabling the AVS from a workshop or something. Or why not just keep it at Sports?

Sometimes I want the better mileage but the firmer suspension.

You don't necessarily get better mileage by putting your car in Eco mode. Just don't get on the gas pedal as much and turn down the A/C, and you'll get similar mileage.

Turn down the A/C? I guess you mean turn it up...but even turning Off the A/C [compressor] isn't really going to make a noticeable difference. Probably only about as much difference as an extra 0.5 psi in the tires, or driving a clean car instead of a dirty car with the higher aerodynamic drag.

I only mentioned turning down the A/C since that is what happens in Eco mode.

Hail-damaged cars with golf ball dimples get better mileage. I wouldn't do that to my car, but let's not leave options off the table.

Drive it in whatever mode you want. If you want better mileage, use a little lighter foot at times, allow a little coasting/engine braking rather than constant gas/brake action, and stick to the highways at non-rush-hour times.

Honestly, driving style does more for your MPG than ECO mode. Sometimes i find ECO mode actually makes my mileage worse.

Also, having your A/C on drops your MPG 10-15%, i've tested this on every car i've owned.
