Default Can anyone explain offset on wheels to me?

if the wheel is 19x9.5 +35(front), how will the wheel look for the front, outward towards fenders? or maybe flushed or inward into fender?

what offset for our 4GS would be the best for 19's?

19x10.5 +35(back)

What is your current suspension setup?

The +35 offset plus the additional 1.5" width compared to the OEM will probably push the rim outwards towards the fender. I have a 10mm spacer with the OEM 19x8, +45 offset and I'm almost flushed with the fender.
