Going to have my entire front wrapped next week on my new GS. I'm on highway everyday and there's always something coming at my car.
Anyone else wrap theirs?

My friend has it on all of his cars and says bugs clean off a lot easier. He stated that you pretty much treat it as you would ordinary paint when you wax it. Your installer will tell you how to care for it. You'll be glad you did it! It's not cheap but worth not having a front end that looks sandblasted. I don't know if Lexus is known for soft paint but, the front of mine is sure specked without the Expel. Let us know if your installer covers your headlights. For some reason his installer doesn't do headlights.

Don't forget the rear bumper ledge. Keeps nicks from loading stuff in and out of the trunk. I was lucky as the previous owner had this done completely (front of hood, front bumper, fenders, mirrors, inside of all door handles, and rear bumper ledge). So nice not to have to touch up the front areas constantly.

That's a pretty reasonable price, and well worth it. I did some additional work, so my installer/detailer hooked me up. But I got front bumper, hood, headlights, quarter panels, mirrors and A pillars.

I have a partial wrap on my 16'. Goes up 24" on the hood and fenders, my car is ultra white so the line is pretty much invisible. I love it so far, would have loved a full hood and fender wrap but the price goes way up going that route. Oh and my guy did do the headlights and the DRLs

If installed properly the edge will be completely sealed to the finish so nothing can get trapped under the adhesive of the wrap. My installer was so confident in this that he said he will redo the install if any dirt or grime makes it under the coating. The only downside I see of the partial is exactly that, it's partial so there is still a chance of getting damage above the xpel.

Just make sure to use a clear wax. If you use a white wax with these, you'll have to use a detail brush along the edges to eliminate the white dried wax along the edges. But I love mine. Has definitely saved some touch up paint.

Picked up my car at lunch and it looks fantastic! Installer told me there were three small places in lower bumper on driver side but other than that there were no blemishes in the paint!
Full hood and fenders, bumper, lights, rear view mirrors, door sills and door cups.
Price: $1,790
