My solution to the missing sunglass holder and a bonus life hack!
I don't know why Lexus refuse to put a sunglass holder in our cars and instead give us a button for SOS that we never use. But anyways I have a solution that works very well for me. I am 5'10" and these do not interfer with my head room and i do not notice it while driving. You can find them at Autozone. I also found a solution to mount a paper napkin box, very useful for those of us who have kids. I used old radar detector clips to mount the napkin box.
What do you guys think? And where do you guys put your sunglasses and paper tissues?
Dual sunglass holders:
Here is the Paper Napkin box mounted with two radar detector visor clips. I simply cut two slits big enough to insert clips. It holds on very well even when I am driving spiritedly:

Not a fan...too many clips that will leave marks on the visor, but I like where your heads at. Maybe buy a slimmer box of tissues. Volvo (and I believe Smart, as I saw in a vid) have sunglasses holders that replace the front grab handles. I found this https://www.ebay.com/itm/311772506442 and wonder if it fits.
I just put my sunglasses in their cases on the door, and each door has a packet of tissues.

I put my tissues in my driver's door pocket and sun glasses in my center console.
We we have a sunglasses holder in our Highlander but our sunglasses don't fit in it.

Left drivers door convenience bin - small umbrella, small dust mop, sunglasses. I wish there was something more formal and I don't like having to attach an add-on like a spring loaded clippy case thing for the sun deflectors. They just look terrible. Can always stuff in the center console.

Really ugly IMHO...maybe if they were the same color as the headliner? And the kleenex box? Yikes.
For sunglasses, when I had the GS I just used a simple clip on the passenger side visor. Like this:

Small, unobtrustive, didn't leave dents in the visor.

Replacing the grab handle with a sunglasses holder would be nice!

I understand the practical intent of this but man...from an aesthetic level that would kill the interior vibe of this car for me. It's got mini-van written all over it....
