Default Just to confirm (GS interior light brightness

I think I've seen this discussed before, but just to confirm....there is no way to make the interior lights brighter, even through Carista, without replacing the bulbs with LED's, etc right. Does the instrument brightness affect the rest of the inside lights?

I'm going to replace my trunk light with an LED strip tomorrow, and now I may consider the interior dome/courtesy lights as well. Thanks.

You understand correctly...and, the instrument brightness does not affect the inside lights...

Thanks. Another related question. Is there any way to increase the time the windows will work after shutting off the engine. I have Carista, but don't see a setting for that?

No, not that I'm aware of...

I read here that one of the workarounds is to shut the car off in neutral instead of drive. But this seems like an oversight on this car. All the cars I've owned let you roll the windows up after shutting off the engine for a while, not just seconds. Oh well, a minor gripe on a great car!

If you shut off the car in neutral power remains on but the engine turns off. You'll have to shut off the power by hitting the start/stop button again after rolling up the windows otherwise you'll drain the battery overnight
