Brighter bulbs for glove box and trunk?
#16
I went the same route of you in terms of cars. I had a 2008 BMW 650i for 5 years. In the last few months, things started breaking down. Small problems eventually became big problems so I decided to get a 2016 GS350 F Sport because of the reliability of Lexus.
The very first thing I did to the car was changing the trunk light. I purchased the SMD12 LED board and lights up the trunk perfectly. The install was very easy. The only minor problem is the metal bars on the connecting end of the LED board would move around which caused the LED board to not light up at certain times. I had to plug it in while it was in the right position for it to work. So far I had no issues with it. I hot glued the LED board to the plastic cover so it wouldn't move around while driving.
As far as glove box light, i have not changed anything (yet).
